Thanks for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to the pulley wheel built into the bottom fitting, extended cord travel, and metal channel length. It is also important to mention that our metal channel will measure 26-5/8" so we cannot promise it will work for you if your measurement differs from this.
In order for me to get this moving for you, can you show us a photo of the metal clip attached at the end of the pulley cord? Can you also confirm the number of balances you're looking to replace?

HI - 26-5/8 may be a more accurate measurement of the metal part of balance. This is for 2 windows, so 4 balances. Photo of clips included. Thank you!
