Looking for a set of Pella 4" with 5/8 radius spring hinge - set of 3 in brass. House was built in 1996 if that helps with originally door.

I am looking for a Pella 3 x 4inch Spring Hinges (self closing) in brass.

I'm afraid I couldn't cross-reference the Pella brand hinges you're looking for. I can't promise we'll have a replacement but we'll ultimately need photos of this hinge to confirm.
