Question

This window has an operator at the center of the window. Two arms extend out. Problem is the crank is messed up. The guts of the crank are loose and actually come out.

Looks like your gear might be loose, which would mean your operator is finished. To help us identify a replacement, we'll need to see a photo where the operator handle and cover are in the same frame as the operator arms that push the window. If you put the camera above the operator and point down, that usually does the trick.
