Pella casement glide?

Question

Hi I have 6 pairs of pella architect series casements (2011 era) of which some are gliding very noisy and rough. There's a little nylon part that glides along this rail that seems broken in 3-4 of the windows. I was hoping I can just replace that without having to replace the whole gear assembly that Pella charges over $100 for. I have a pic it seems a little like your part 39-371 ,..but I am not sure. I have pics but not sure how to post.

There is a bottom below the text box of the post that says "add photos". You'll need to save the photos to your computer and then click that button to select them from your photo library.
