Pella casement operator 1975 to 1988 or so

Need the replacement for this operator. I thought it was 39-096 but the two screws to the window bracket are 2 inches apart, instead of 1 5/8 in your catalog photo. Any help to get the correct replacement part would be a.godsend.

Thank you for your patience during this busy season. Your operator appears closer in design to our 39-176. This is similar to the 39-096 but with a different configuration. Review it and let me know if you had any questions.
