Afternoon, I have a pella window that the plastic slide broke and I was wondering if you could help me out. The local window guys at Valley Glass told me to try you.

I believe you have an operator like the 39-253LB or 39-253RB. This operator uses the 39-529 Track Slider, sold separately. Look over the parts and see if you think these match what you need. Also, make sure your track is clean and lubricated with WD or a Silicone Spray.
