Pella casement window crank

Question

issue: crank spins but doesnt open the window. Marking says 1997, and Pella.
Note that there are two identical windows and the pictures are from the right side window that still works. I am looking for the parts that open with the hinges on the left.

Hey there. Looks like you might have the 39-096 and 39-097 Pella Casement Operators. Review to confirm they match. I am afraid new covers are not available; you'd have to reuse your old ones if possible. For new handles, see the 39-109B.
