Pella casement window hardware replacement

Will the Product Codes 39-451 and 39-452 (Truth Operator Cover and Handle) fit a Pella casement window?

They will not, unfortunately. Truth brand parts like the 39-451 and 39-452 have handles with an 11/32" spline, while Pella operators all require a 3/8" spline as a rule.
