Hello - I have Pella casement windows from 1980s or so....
I need to replace the HINGE ARM ASSEMBLY on a couple of them. However, according to my measurements, mine seem to be the 11 inch size hinge arms.
Do you carry this size? If not, can I use the 10 inch or 12 inch to do the same job?
Thank you for your help.

I'm afraid that we don't have an 11" arm. The 10" and 12-1/8" arms are the closest we have, being our 39-395 and 39-397, respectively. I'm hesitant to say either will work. If you had any other kind of window then I'd say go for it, but Pella windows can be very weirdly specific. An inch difference could make a huge impact on how the window operates.
I would triple check your arm measurement just to be 100% sure. If you are positive that it's 11" long, then I would contact a Pella dealer near you, or even Pella directly. You may need a specifically sized hinge for your window.
