The bottom lock is broken and the window won't lock properly.
43L3 on one side and 7772 on the other.

I'm afraid that we cannot supply these lock mechanisms. I believe you'll need to contact Pella directly for assistance in replacing this hardware. I'm sorry that we cannot be of more help but we wish you the best of luck with your repair.
