Pella casement window operator

A quick learner from Severn, MD says:

Having some issues with my casement window. Something in the operator appears to be stripped (but only in the "close" direction.)

Was hoping you could help me identify the part so I could try replacement.

Thank you

Tom from SWISCO responded:

It's difficult to make out what you have while it's still int he window, but please see our 39-391 operator. I think this may be just the part you were looking for, but see if you agree.

A quick learner from Severn, MD says:
Looks like a solid guess. Will give it a try.
Order placed.

Thanks for your assistance!
