Pella casement window part

The metal piece that attaches to the white plastic teeth is gone on one of the windows. The picture is of a left opening window but it's a right opening window that is broken. Do you have this part?

I can't tell for sure but it seems like you might be looking for the hinges that go with our 39-371 Pella shoe pair, such as the 39-351 and 39-352. Take a look and see how this hardware compares to your original. Thank you!

There is no hinge mechanism. It's just 2 pieces that hold the bottom corner in place - the plastic piece and a metal piece it attaches to.

The piece that holds the corner of the sash in place would be the hinge. If that isn't what you need, we will need to see a picture of the part you're looking for removed from the window to research your replacement options. Thank you!
