Pella casement window parts pre-1993

Question

I am looking for a window part the is a plastic slider that rides in a groove in the casement. this slider attaches to bottom of the window and provides support to the window and torque to bottom corner of the window. it does not appear to be part of the casement operator but aides in the opening and closing of the window. Do you know anytrhing regarding the part number or availability of this part.?

It sounds like you may be referring to the black slider piece on your hinge. If that's the case, we don't sell that part separately so you would need an all new hinge. Start by having a look at our 36-048 and compare our dimensions with yours to see if this matches what you need. Note, you'll need to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
