Pella casement window weather strip replacment

I wish to find a replacement for the weather strip (rain strip) on a Pella casement window. It is a bit smaller then the 58-178 referenced other posts. I have attached pictures with a scale for dimensions. It is a kerf style strip. The window is about 15 years old, but I notice the same strip is on my newer Pella windows only 3 year old.

I submitted a request to the Pella site for info on the replacement part. I can't seem to find a general catalog on their site for reference. Seems odd given that other manufactures generally provide this sort of thing.

I'm afraid that I cannot make out your precise dimensions from your photos. Can you tell me exactly how the 58-178 differs from your sample?
