Pella casement windows 1989

A contractor from Collingswood NJ says:
I need approx 20 of the small plastic (track Guides) shown in the photos. They attach to the ends of the casement operating arms and they slide within the metal track. The tracks are located at the bottom of the Interior face of the sash. The diameter of the hole, in the plastic slider is 3/16".

These look possibly like the attachments at the ends of the 39-385 and 39-386 Egress Pella Operators. Unfortunately, these parts are not sold separately from the operators themselves, so you'd have to replace the entire mechanism. Look them over and see if they match what you need.
