Pella cranks w/covers and window lock covers

Thank you for reaching out to us! I'm a bit confused. The title of your post says Pella but the operator in your first photo is Andersen which is a completely different brand. Can you open the window and show us a clear bird's eye view of the operator's arms? That'll help us identify it.

I'm not sure if we'll have the lock covers, however. Is there an old cover we can see as a reference? If not, we will need to see the lock removed to confirm. 

Hmm, I'm not sure what I'm looking at here. Is this the lock or the operator? Would it be possible for us to see both removed from the window?

Thanks for clarifying. I'm afraid I can't get a good look at this lock from your photo since it's too obscured. I can't promise we would have a replacement but seeing it removed from the window is the only way for us to confirm.
