Hi,
I have the same balance from Pella window. Only difference is that mine is 1/2". This balance is holding a hook in a bottom end. I wonder if a custom order is available. Please see attached pictures (2 top end, and 2 bottom end).

Hey, David, thanks for posting. We can replace this balance, though it will have to be custom made like you suspected. Before we can begin, can you show me a picture of the metal hook that was at the end of the cord? Can you also confirm what the stamp reads? The last 3 digits look like "275" but I can't tell what the rest of it reads.

I have attached a couple of pictures showing original broken balance and working replacement side by side. The replacement holds less weight though. One picture shows many broken balances, metal bar holding a roller was broken for all of them.

Oh, I see. Looks like you have a couple different stamps. I will need to know what the stamp reads for each balance you want to replace, and how many of each you need. I would also like you to confirm that the nylon ends and metal hook is identical between all of them. It looks like they are, but I'd still like you to confirm.

all balances are same, came from same type of window. it is 3275. Depending on price, I may go with less weight, but higher than 3240. Again, stamp, ends, and hook are identical. the replacement working balance (3240) in the picture was leftover by the previous home owner.
