Pella door threshold

Hello, I am looking for replacement weatherstrip for a Pella exterior door. The door part number is pella-car-1204-plciflh1z1-037a082awht-625s-nfrc. I'm not sure what is the right replacement to buy. Thanks for any help.

This is very similar in design to our 58-201. Look it over and let me know if you agree.
