Pella double hung jamb inserts

Question

Hi, I am looking for Pella double hung jamb inserts (3.5" x 54") and two replacement lower sash pivots
54" length at longest angle point; 53 5/8" inside angle point
The inserts are marked on the metal piece BSI 24HD (left inside) and 24xHD (rt. inside)

I can't get a good look at the pivot bar, however. It seems to be covered in debris, so we'd like to see a clear shot of it.
