I am looking for the pulley system that is used to help hold the window when open. The window can be swung out to be cleaned. Please see the picture of the broken assembly. The cast metal pulley is the problem. It was held in place by a pin. If you look you can see that the cast metal broke at the top. The rest of the other parts of the assembly is okay. I need 6 of these pulleys. Or if there is an alternative that is fine. The issue is that the window will not stay open.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the window balance assembly shown in your photos. Since Pella tends to use brand-specific hardware, I would recommend reaching out to them or one of their dealers directly to discuss your replacement options.
