Pella double hung window

Question

Hi i have a Pella double hung window the shoe from the balance broke how can I get the correct shoe for it the number on the balance that's engraved says E38C

I'm sorry to say I couldn't match that code, E38C, to anything in our records. Balance stamps don't usually work as product codes, and instead usually just indicate how strong the spring is.

The best place to start is with a photo of the shoe in question. Would that be possible? I can then check our inventory for a possible match.
