Pella double hung window balance

Question

Have a 20+ year old double hung Pella window with a broken balancer.

Stamped 3220. I don't see any other obvious markings.

Pictures attached.

Can you identify what I need and provide price?

Thanks for reaching out! There is a good chance we may be able to supply the balance replacements you are searching for but I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance to confirm that, with certainty.

I am looking to see photos of the top and bottom attachments from the balances as well as any hardware that may be left behind in the window channel.
