Pella double hung window with this messed up

Question

Hello I have a pella double hung window that is about 2 years old and I don't have any numbers or the box for it. The left side is working as it should but the right side has lost its ability to hold up the window. I need to figure out what part or part number this shoe assembly is.

We don't have this exact assembly, but you may be able to use our 15-251 single spring support as a replacement. if you also need new springs, see our S160-5. You will likely need to replace both sides in the same window for these to function properly.
