Pella exterior doors sagging

Question

I have two Pella exterior doors that are sagging on the latch side. This alignment issue has ruined the seal. The seal goes all the way around the perimeter of the door on the the outside edge. There is no sweep on the bottom. It seems the seal is attached to some sort of backing that gsecures to the door underneath the exterior metal cladding. the rubber shape seems to be just a flattened circle, but there is no kerf. Can you help me figure out what weather seal it is?

Door size: 3882 (37-7/8 x 81-1/2)
Standard, Clad, 6", Standard Sill, Mill Finish Sill
Perimeter Length: 239", Glazing Pressure: 190

Thanks for reaching out! I'll need to send the end profile view of an undamaged piece of your seal to determine if there is a suitable replacement I can recommend. Since you've confirmed it doesn't have a kerf, I'll need to see exactly how it installs in the door.
