Pella: hanging, sliding, wooden, accordion room divider part/s

Handy Person from Michigan
Issue: Broken Spring-Hooks

Location: On the leading edge of the divider just behind where the user pulls/pushes it to open/close.

Description: The above-mentioned spring hooks are approximately 3/16" in diameter,2 to 2.5" in length, tightly wound, and have a very small hook on the end. The springs are captured in the leading edge of the divider and do not simply pull out or unscrew. Our divider has approximately 6. The springs are positioned such that the hook is pointed toward the wall the divider is mounted to. The springs are pushed through holes in a spacer board between the lead edge of the divider and the accordion pieces that follow. The first accordion piece after the spacer board has integrated eyelets that the spring-hooks engage with.

I am interested specifically in obtaining new spring-hooks but would like any and all info that can be had about out divider since Pella no longer supports their product in any way. Thank you for your time and help.

Hello there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid I don't know what you're describing. Can you show us some photos of the hardware in question? That would be the best way for us to help.

Thank you for the photos. I'm afraid we don't sell replacement hardware for what you show here. Room divider parts are a bit outside of our purview, unfortunately. I am very sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
