Pella hinge

Question

This window hinge broke off the internal mechanism that is located inside the window frame. Can this part be replaced or do I have to get a whole new window ? Or can I remove the window frame for access to the main part that controls the handle that opens and closes the window?

This looks more like an operator than a hinge. Take a look and compare our 39-096 and 39-097 to your original assembly. Thank you!
