Pella impervia sliding patio doors wheels

Question

We have installed impervia doors and it seems the wheels on the large slider thump when sliding like cupping on a car tire.  Do you have replacement wheels.  Installed around 2004 ish

Hello there! Thank you for reaching out to us. Can you show us some photos of the wheels you're looking to replace? If it's the roller assemblies you need, we will need to see a complete assembly removed from the door along with the written-out dimensions.
