I have a 38 x 46 Pella awning window (~20 yr old, architect series, I think) that I removed from the house some years ago. Truth brand lever operator. The window, lever, etc., all works well except I scavenged the left latch (left side from inside facing window) for another window. Both windows were same vintage from Pella (actually purchased on same date).
Now looking to re-use this window but need to replace the left side locking latch. The latch in the photos is the one I replaced with the one I scavenged from the window pictured. Marking is 77Z2. Has a companion metal 'rack' to push/pull the locking mechanism. Metal rack appears to be OK. Is the latch with gear and hook available? Thanks, Bill. Email below or call/txt 740-474-1468.
