The operator shown in your photos resembles the 39-146 and 39-147. Take a look and compare the dimensions below to your assembly. We've also related the handle and mounting brackets on this page if needed. Keep in mind that these are Andersen brand parts, which would not normally be used on Pella windows. Unforutnately, we do not carry a version of this operator for Pella windows. If you haven't already, I would recommend reaching out to Pella directly to determine if they can supply a closer match since many of their parts are brand specific.
