Pella lock and keeper

Question

I need to replace two broken pella locks. The 90-213 matches up with the current holes. If I were to order the 90-243, would there be any difficulty other than to drill new holes to match up with the 90-243 specs?

I'm afraid these two parts cannot be switched. The locking devices are very different. Pella hardware tends to be very specific, and there is not a lot of room for retrofitting replacement parts.
