The part 82-093 doesn't fit the locking mechanism it's too low
Can you advise which door handle I need because I have 2 that don't work

I cannot guarantee we can assist with a replacement option, but to further review, are you able to provide pictures of the internal mortise lock that this handle set engages with. Please also provide the distance between the installation holes from center to center. Thank you!
