Thanks for reaching out to us. Your operator appears to be a match for the 39-097 and 39-096, but the cover that goes with this operator is discontinued and no longer made. You would need to reuse the original. We do sell the handle, at least, which is our 39-109B, though of course you can reuse those, as well, as long as they aren't damaged.

The locks might be a match for our 38-274 and 38-275. It's tough to say with 100% certainty while they're still installed but look our products over and see what you think.
