Pella patio door wheel assembly

I've got customer who has an approximately 17 year old Pella patio door and it is very rough to open. I was able to insert a screwdriver and access the left side wheel assembly however when I tried the same on the latch side the screwdriver went all the way in. Assume the wheel assembly is kaput but not sure how to determine a replacement.

Hmm...I believe the best way to start helping you is to have you send us some photos of the wheel assembly and we will start researching on what can be used as a replacement.
