Pella patio screen door roller

Question

Hi I have an old Pella patio door with a screen. The Roller Rod (I think that's what it's called) broke on one side. The rod is attached to a spring that helps the screeen door return to the closed position. It seems to be an older model door and I called Pella and they told me the part is discontinued. Is there any way you can help me out?

Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, we are no longer able to supply this old Pella trolley since they discontinued it. If Pella can't get it for you, then your only hope is to contact a local Pella dealer who still may have some of these in stock.
