I am needing help locating 4 Pella DH Locking Pivot Bar Assembly part# V615340.

Thanks for writing in. Take a look at our 26-433. If the hole aligns with the position of the first hole on your old pivot bar, then I believe this should work for you. The extra collar pins are not critical to the window's performance. Take a look and see what you think.
