Pella replacement
Thanks for reaching out to us. I reviewed the video and the only screws I see are the screws that attach the handles. There are no screws in the Latch itself. It seems to be held in place by the thumb turn only. I recommend you try using a little spray lubricant to remove the latch. It could be that there is something in the door itself keeping it from coming out of the door.
The screw I'd under the brass colored emblem. I been working at Pella 32 years and what I do is take either a vey thin putty knife or a  razor knife and get it to the very edge of the emblem a push it under it and pry it off. There is a little adhesive holding it on over the screw. Take the screw out then put a putty knife under the bottom of the handle and pry the bottom out there is a plastic pin going into a hole and pry it away. Take the handle the lock lever and the latch woth the square aluminum peg off and the screen protector the plastic piece with one screw on the outside off and pull the latch that is broken up and out the back of the latch box inside the screen and reverse the process to put the new latch in through the backÂ
