Pella replacement balance

These are from a Pella window that was made around 2009. The metal section measures 20 & 5/8 inches. There is the number 2040 stamped on the metal part. Which part number would I need to replace the whole apparatus? Thank you. Steve

Thanks for writing in! The balances you have here are an Extended Travel Channel Balance and will need to be custom assemblies. I'm happy to provide you with an order link for the replacements but I'd like to see a clearer photo of the hook to ensure we are providing you with the correct replacement.
Please also confirm the exact number of balances you are looking to purchase. The quantity minimum is two (2) for custom assemblies.
