Pella replacement parts

Hello,
I'm wondering what tilt bar and latch would be compatible with this window to make it functional again. Are there any other missing parts of the mechanism? Thank you. It is a pella window.

I'm afraid I don't know what hardware is meant to install on this window. With the pieces missing, it's very difficult to determine a match. Right now, all I can see is your balance, which is compatible with innumerable different pivot bar styles. We need a way to narrow down the list of possibilities.

Do you have an identical window in the house that still has its old hardware? If so, we can use that as a reference.
