Pella retractable screen door

Hi Tom,

Glad I found your company. I need to replace the interior handle and inner workings of the latch of my interior Pella retractable screen door. How do I know if I need to purchase the OX or XO version?

I have two doors with retractable sliding screens and it seems one of them has a spring inside. I am not sure what product number that is or if it is a spring. The set I am replacing seems to not have a spring. The set that I don't need to replace (but will also replace) seems to have a spring.

The code on my door latch shows 771G.

Are you referring to our 83-123 and 83-122? If so, you just need to look over our pictures and take note of what side the latch gap is on. On the 82-122, the gap is on the left. On the 83-123, the gap is on the right. What side is it on for yours?

As for the internal spring, I'm afraid we don't carry that. I am sorry we cannot offer a replacement.
