Pella retractable sliding screen

Question

I have a Pella wood clad patio door with a retractable screen on the inside of the door. Today a spring or something let go and the screen door no longer retracts. Is there a schematic showing the screen door retract system showing operation and parts and part numbers available either online or hard copy?

Thanks for reaching out to us! It sounds like you may need to replace either the Pella Trolley or the return spring. I'm sorry to say we would not be able to supply you with replacements for these parts as they've been discontinued from our inventory.

You may have some luck contacting Pella directly or a local Pella dealer but I cannot make any guarantees. At the very least, they may be able to provide you with the schematics of the door; unfortunately, that is not something we have either.
