Pella sash crank parts

I need the guide track companion part that mounts to the bottom of the window that inserts into the guide track for a right hand window. Matching sash crank operator would be 39-175. When I search online I can't find a picture anywhere for this part.

Hello! I am very sorry for the long wait; we appreciate your patience during an incredibly busy season.

I believe this is part of the hinge. With that said, take a look at the Pella hinges we've related at the bottom of this page. Review the specifications and see how they compare with your old hinge assembly. Note that it's best to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.

Please let us know if you have any questions.

I found out the part I needed is a separate section of the item below from the half that mounts to the window bottom. I found out by removing one from a removed window that was left over from the remodel many years ago. I was able to use it in place of the two separate pieces that this particular window had on the bottom ( making up that one piece pictured below that mounts to the bottom)  that were oddly used on the window I was fixing. It seems the design had changed to the single piece among the collection that got installed. I did find another post that also showed what I was looking for above.

So if you need that part I needed and don't have one to cannibalize you can just remove the two separate pieces on the bottom and buy the proper LH or RH unit below, I found the spacing was exactly the same for the existing holes which points to the manufacturer deciding to make that one piece.

I didn't need the top and to save the client some money and get it done without waiting for shipment due to it being a second story window (requiring my outside scaffolding put up for other reasons) I drilled out the center rivet in the bottom donor piece that resembled the ones below and used it in place of the two separate ones on my broken unit. Remember this only works if you have a donor window arm assembly that has the proper LH or RH.
