I've got Pella windows, probably from the late 90s or early 2000's with broken sash pivots. I can't find a replacement that matches these.

Maybe this is why you're having trouble: Pella discontinued this pivot and replaced it with the 26-406B. Take a look at that pivot and let me know if it works for you.
