Pella screen door

One of the roller pictured broke in two. Both of these have long screws that go into them that keeps the screen door suspended and able to roll properly.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, we are no longer able to supply this old Pella trolley since they discontinued it. If Pella can't get it for you, then your only hope is to contact a local Pella dealer who still may have some of these in stock.

I had my friend's kid make me a new part with a 3D printer. Have him make the axles a little longer and then put the wheels on and melt the ends of the axles to hold the wheels on. It works perfectly. You can also modify the part to make it a little beefier so it doesn't crack or break when you run the screw in. I actually went with a #6 screw as opposed to teh #10 that came with it to keep the hole smaller.
