I'm afraid I don't know what it is you need. In order to see if any of our products can work for you, I will need a clear picture of the roller in question removed from the door. Please let me know if that would be possible.

Hello,
Attached are pictures of the wheels for the screen door that we are looking to replace. We are trying to order these online but cannot find this model. Can you please let me know if there is a way to still get these.
Thank you

Thanks! I recognize this hardware, though it's unfortunately not something that we can help with. What you have here is the old Pella screen door trolley. I believe these were actually discontinued, so I'm not sure who still might have them. A local shop that repairs or sells Pella screen doors might have some for you, though I am admittedly just guessing.

I am sorry for the inconvenience.

Have exact issue.
Is it a possibility to remove Trolley system and install new upper track and 84-105 rollers?

To my knowledge, it's not possible to use the 84-105 to replace the old trolley system. These are two different doors and their hardware is not interchangeable. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.

Anyone find a solution to this probelm?
I have the same "trolly system" and a wheel broke off.

I have the same older Pella doors. I need 2 of the ones pictured above I believe they are called the 1992-2004 Pella screen door trolley, DCS screen roller and or assembly, or sliding screen closure assembly. Only one end has damage and needs a replacement but the metal rod with plastic roller assemblies may come together as one unit and they are not sold or found separately. Anyone been able to find this part(s)?

Greetings, and I was hoping this conversation would continue as I'm having the exact same problem as the previous poster(s) with the screen trolley, the black plastic pieces at the ends having broken apart and are not repairable leaving me with an inoperable screen door unless I pick it up out of the track and move it with both hands. Has anyone found a source for that rod with the wheels on both ends and if so, might they share it with us? Tom, I spoke with one of the reps on your site who said that you would be the authority on such matters so do you have any suggestions on how to proceed? I've thought about trying to make something out of a hard wood, but then how to get all the dimensions right and, not to mention, the hole that the long screw goes through that holds the door up and allows for some adjustment as well seems just like impossible to re-create.....HELP!!! Thanks in advance. PS - Pella, as per usual (I've had other issues with my 1999 $40,000 window package) is NO HELP at all. Man, hindsight is 20/20, right? I'll never buy another thing from Pella!!!

I am sorry to hear about the trouble you're having. Unfortunately, at this time there is no known alternative for this trolley kit. Pella specifically made these in such a way that no off-brand replacement is possible. As such, when they discontinued it, there was no other part to fall back on due to its very design.

I'm afraid we've never been able to find something comparable. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience.

Just a random Pella guy here. Yes, the older Designer Series and Architect Series screen carriages were finally discontinued in Oct 2021. Was a big deal for Pella actually. They would have preferred to keep the part available. The Proline Series screen carriage is still available. It never had the option for self-closing spring to be attached (or for screen to hold itself open against said spring) though. It CAN be used on the other models if you do not care about the spring system (or can do your own mods to make it work). The hole pattern might be slightly different but that is easy fix.
They JUST launched a new screen design a couple of months ago. I would recommend giving it a couple of months for the kinks to get works out and check in woth your local service dept. I believe it to be able to work on wood/clad sliding door models 1991-2002 & 2005-2025 (three years where design makes it difficult to adapt).
For what it is worth though, you would not be sad with a new UNIT. The 2025 design is VERY different from what they produced in the past.

Does anyone know what the part number is for the Designer/Architect screen carriage roller part everyone is looking for in this thread?

I have the same problem.  Can't find a replacement so I'm trying to fic with jb weld.  Don't know if it will work.  If not I'm going to try to retro fit something to solve the issue.  Would love to just find a OEM replacement so if anyone knows of a company with parts that work. Please share
