We can't be positive without seeing the original hardware, but your keeper resembles the 85-016, which is commonly used with the Pella 84-225 handle set. Take a look and see if this might be the correct part for your door. Thanks for posting!

Unfortunately, we don't have official Pella instructions for the Pella 85-016 strike kit, but in our experience, it just screws to the door. The plastic piece should also go in that top slot. See another customer's photos below to give you a better idea of how these install.
