The 83-128 door latch I ordered is too small. It does not fit into the space. I ordered the door around Feb of 24. I will be returning this handle set and hopefully ordering the correct set if you have it.

Can you also tell me the overall height of the original part? Please write these measurements down, if possible, to ensure clarity and accuracy. That will allow us to see if there is another handle set available that can fit your specific opening.
Thanks again for your patience. I have good news: we found a larger version of this latch and are going to add it to our inventory. This is a new part, so it will take time for stock to be made up. Please expect 5-6 business weeks before we have it available in our catalog.
