Pella screen door parts

I currently have a Pella Retractable Patio screen door with the same handle as your Product Code: 84-225, but it doesn't work properly. I've opened the handle up and it looks like the same pieces that you're showing in the photo. I'm willing to pay to purchase a new handle if it will work, but certainly don't want to buy another if it doesn't.

Do you think it will work? Can you tell me what your return policy is?

I can't confirm if the 84-225 will work or not. However, it doesn't have that many parts to it. Maybe you need to adjust the keeper or lubricate the lock. I would try that first before purchasing anything.
