Wanting to add a keyed lock to my door. What do I need?

I think you could use our 82-310 as a key lock for your door. I'm just not sure how easy it will be to install it. I see your outside handle has a bit of wear in the center where our key lock would install. Can that circle be punched out? If so, then installation should be very simple.
