Thanks for posting! The lever you have appears to be either the 82-252 OX or 82-253 XO Pella Door Lock Levers. To determine the right replacement, compare the dimensions and design to what's shown on the diagram below. You'll notice the pins are slanted differently on each lever.
The OX and XO indicates how the door operates, when outside. The X is the moving panel and the O is the stationary panel.
