My Pella sliding door lists this serial no. 8600 1804 18U., 16CFR 1201 II
Which of your two roller assemblies will fit my Pella sliding door? My door makes a scraping noise despite lubrication. Do I need to replace the entire assembly or just the roller?

On the corners of the Pella stationary section of my sliding door, I have this:
CT6 Tempered 1/8U
16CFR 1201 II
86CC 1804
Can you tell me the model number of my sliding door so I can order the correct rollers for this model?

The roller assembly has a flange on it. The door is a proline door purchased in 2002. I think the 81-244 roller assembly is the right part. Can you confirm? The door stills slide but it is making a noticeable clicking noise which I believe may be the bearing in one or both rollers that is the cause.

Hello,
We'd be happy to help but, unfortunately, numbers from the door or even that it was made by Pella won't tell us which, if any, of our rollers will work for you. To do that, we would need to see a photo of the entire roller assembly removed from the door, along with dimensions to compare to our inventory.
We've related a few videos to assist you with this process. Thank you!
